Making Things Right
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your product arrives broken or faulty, please email a clear photo of the item and packaging to hello@ancientacrewellness.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement free of charge.
What if there is an issue with my order?
If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out to hello@ancientacrewellness.com and we’ll do our best to resolve it. We are a small team, but we aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure you receive them as soon as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please email hello@ancientacrewellness.com within 12 hours of placing your order. While we can’t guarantee changes after this window, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
